The price tag with deliver is, at first glance, a little daunting - but the quality of the product and the speedy, helpful and efficient delivery more than makes up for it - and a review of the competition shows that the price is extremely competitive.
I purchased two loads of mushroom compost - the first from another supplier, the second from Mone Bros. Nothing to choose between them on price or, in retrospect, product quality. The other supplier delivered the bulk bag on a broken pallet that had to be moved from the curtain truck on an inadequate pallet lift that barely made it to the allotment site gates - and the pallet had to be left outside the gates. The second delivery, by Mone Bros, came within three days of ordering. Delivered by a skilful HIAB driver who was able to drop the bulk bag over the allotment gates. The driver also gave me a 20 minute warning of delivery which gave me time to get up to the site to receive the delivery.
