Topsoil & Compost

I ordered six bulk bags of this soil which was my second order of soil (first with Mone). The quality was great, and unlike the first order I placed with a different local supplier, the quality of this soil for my new garden was much better, it was less sandy and contained very few contaminants. Delivery was quick and the driver craned it onto the driveway where I asked. I'd definitely order again.

Website and click & collect made very easy for someone with a mild disability. Load collected in two trips nicely placed on my pickup. Good friendly service. Customer service in quarrying has come a long way since I worked in it.

I purchased this compost as my usual supplier of sustainable peat based composts was unable to deliver economically due to the pandemic - but on the basis of this delivery of Yorganics from Mone Bros , I do not expect to be switching back post-pandemic! Delivered by a friendly, helpful and skilful HIAB driver within a few days of placing my order two weeks ago, I already have seeds germinating exceptionally well. Later in the season I will be filling re-usable hessian growbags with it for tomatoes, and the bulk bag delivery means I am not going to be dumping used up plastic sacks or growbags into the environment. After its first use, I will be re-using the compost as garden mulch. I hope Mone Bros will be expanding their range (currently just this product and spent mushroom compost) to include composted farmyard manure and /or a farmyard manure / mushroom compost mix.
